Discover restaurant Sliders housed on Istedgade in the heart of Vesterbro, furnished with a customised selection of Thorup Copenhagen interior. Customised BlackPowder dining tables, benches and Patrone lighting decorate the hip Vesterbro restaurant.
Christian Boysen opened a second Sliders restaurant with Magnus Larsson, who is perhaps better known as Lukas Graham's bassist, restaurateur Ludvig Abildtrup and producer Stefan Forrest. The conception of Sliders to its current execution, the mission has remained the same: influencing the idea of the perfect burger bar.
Kasper Thorup, Esben Bjerre & Sliders
The team behind Sliders ventured into an exciting collaboration with TV- and radio host Esben Bjerre, better known from Monte Carlo and the Danish podcast “Her går det godt”, to conjure the new restaurant into the perfect hang-out spot for hungry Vesterbro citizens, hence Thorup was excited to be a part of the project.
Esben Bjerre has been in charge of the entire interiors which included everything from the selection of furniture to lighting and door handles. Thorup’s extensive collection of furniture and lighting was perfectly suitable for the Sliders Koncept.
